- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Directions

1Saute green onion, celery, green pepper and slivered almonds. Add ground ginger, soy sauce and pepper.

2Mix water and cornstarch; add to vegetable mix and cook until thick.

3Add chicken, pineapple and chestnuts; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
