  • 2/3 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. honey crunch wheat germ
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 12 pkg. artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 c. white or whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 beaten eggs

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    In medium bowl, combine next 4 ingredients.

    Combine the two mixtures. Spray pan with nonstick spray.

    Spread batter in pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Cool and cut into bars.
