- 1 can fat-free refried beans
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 (4.5 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
- 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (18 oz.) bag fat-free shredded cheese
- 1 to 2 green bell peppers
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg. soft flour or corn tortillas
Directions

1Mix refried beans, salsa and green chiles in saucepan.

2Cook at medium heat.

3Meanwhile, prepare lettuce, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers.

4Heat tortillas in oven 5 minutes at 325°.

5Place one large spoonful bean mixture onto center of tortillas.

6Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and cheese to taste.

7Roll up tortilla and enjoy.

8This makes a delicious low-fat meal.
