- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- butter-flavored cooking spray
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Stir in wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

3Preheat pan on med. heat on stove.

4For each crepe, lightly spray pan and pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Rotate pan so that crepe is thin and even and flip once crepe is golden brown, depending on your preference. When other side is also golden brown, your crepe is done.
