- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 5 -6 bananas
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions

1Mix together egg, applesauce, bananas and nuts. Add in sugar and vanilla. Mix well.

2Mix in oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda, just until moistened. Sprinkle with mixed cinnamon and sugar.

3Place in baking cups till almost full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
