  • 1 (28 ounce) candiced tomatoes with garlic
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups cooked rice, kept warm
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except parsley, shrimp, rice, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 3-4 hours, adding parsley shrimp and rice during last 10 minutes.
