- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh or dried chives
- 1 8 oz. cream of cheese softened
- 2 10 count cans crescent rolls
Directions

1Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine with chives and cream cheese in bowl; mix well.

2Unroll one can dough on floured surface; press to seal perforations.

3Spread with half the sausage mixture.

4Roll as for jelly roll, from long side repeat with remaining dough and filling.

5Freeze for 20 minutes or until firm.

6Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

7Cut rolls into 1/4 in slices.

8Place on baking sheet.

9Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.

10May freeze baked slices for up to 2 weeks and reheat at 400 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.
