  • 6 large unpeeled potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.

    Soak potatoes in water; drain and coat well with flour mixture.

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Place potatoes in pan.

    Bake at 425° for 1 hour.

    Turn potatoes one time during baking.
