- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.

2Soak potatoes in water; drain and coat well with flour mixture.

3Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Place potatoes in pan.

5Bake at 425° for 1 hour.

6Turn potatoes one time during baking.
