  • 6 cups sugar
  • 6 cups tap water
  • 20 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 12 gallon vodka
  • 12 teaspoons vanilla

    Mix sugar,water and coffee togetherand bring to a slow boil.Turn heat down and simmer for 1 hour.Remove from heat ,cover with plastic wrap.Let sit for 12 hours,then remove wrap(it might pick up film from the top)Add vodka and the vanilla stir well.Bottle in dark bottles.
