- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- tortilla chips
Directions
