  • 1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes (with liquid), cut up
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • tortilla chips

    In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients.
