- 500 grams rump or other quick fry steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp english mustard (ready made)
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300 ml creme fraiche
Directions

1Cut steak into strips

2Heat oil in frying pan or wok

3Add steak and stir fry

4Add mustards and worcestershire sauce, stir, add honey stir again.

5Add creme fraiche, stir until mixed.

6Serve over pilaf or boiled rice or mashed potato and vegetable of choice

7If sauce splits add 2 teaspoons cornflour to two tablespoons water, add to sauce and bring to boil, stirring constantly

8Can be made using strips of pork fillet or chicken.
