  • 500 grams rump or other quick fry steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp english mustard (ready made)
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 300 ml creme fraiche

Directions

    Cut steak into strips

    Heat oil in frying pan or wok
  3. 3
    Add steak and stir fry
  4. 4
    Add mustards and worcestershire sauce, stir, add honey stir again.
  5. 5
    Add creme fraiche, stir until mixed.

    Serve over pilaf or boiled rice or mashed potato and vegetable of choice

    If sauce splits add 2 teaspoons cornflour to two tablespoons water, add to sauce and bring to boil, stirring constantly

    Can be made using strips of pork fillet or chicken.
