  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) canned chopped clams
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz Town House cracker crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain juice from one can of clams. Melt butter and add drained clams, then add other can of clams, crumbs, onion and lemon juice.

    Pour into shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

    Serve with lightly salted crackers.
