- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) canned chopped clams
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz Town House cracker crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain juice from one can of clams. Melt butter and add drained clams, then add other can of clams, crumbs, onion and lemon juice.

3Pour into shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

4Serve with lightly salted crackers.
