Hot Spinach Balls

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 c. seasoned crouton stuffing
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs, plain
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients with spinach; mix well.

2Chill mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3Form spinach mixture into 1-inch balls.

4Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Serve hot.

6Makes 4 to 6 dozen.
