Hot Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 c. seasoned crouton stuffing
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs, plain
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients with spinach; mix well.

    Chill mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Form spinach mixture into 1-inch balls.

    Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot.
