- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- pepper
- salt
Directions

1Pour the olive oil into a pan and heat on low. Cook the garlic cloves until they become a light brown color.

2Turn off the stove and let the oil and garlic cool down.

3Add all of the ingredients (including the oil and garlic) and blend in a food processor or blender until a thick paste is formed.

4Add salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
