  • 3 (1 lb.) cans chickpeas
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely minced (or more if desired)
  • salt to taste
  • water (for consistency)
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • crackers or pita bread

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bread in a blender or a food processor until smooth, adding water until a desirable consistency is reached.
