Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 pkg. gelatine (Knox)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. Milnot
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla or 2 Tbsp. lemon
  • milk (to fill container)

Directions

    To well beaten eggs, beat in 2 cups sugar and dash of salt. Dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup water.

    Scald the 2 cups milk. Add gelatine. Beat into egg mixture along with syrup, Milnot and vanilla.

    Put into container and add milk to fill container.
