- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. xxx sugar
- 1/4 lemon juice
Directions

1Combine cake mix with olive oil, apricot nectar and the 4 egg yolks; beat well for 4 minutes.

2Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter.

3Pour into greased tube pan.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
