  • 2 oranges, juice of
  • 2 oranges, peel of cut into pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar (or less)
  • 4 cups cold coffee, made with 6 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions

    Place the orange peel,water and sugar in a saucepan.

    Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. 3
    Remove the peel and let the syrup cool.
  4. 4
    Mix the orange juice with the coffee and syrup.
  5. 5
    Add the whipping cream.
  6. 6
    Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses.
