Impossible Buttermilk Pie

   Heat oven to 350°.

   Grease pie plate.

   Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with mixer.

   Pour into pie plate; bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

   Cool 5 minutes.

   Serve with mixed fresh fruit if desired.
