- 2 c. enriched self-rising flour*
- 3 (1.21 oz. each) pkg. instant breakfast (chocolate, vanilla or eggnog)
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Stir together the flour and instant breakfast.

2Blend shortening and peanut butter.

3Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.

4Beat in eggs.

5Add dry ingredients; mix well.

6Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet; flatten.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
