- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 onion, sauteed
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 bag Cheddar cheese (large)
- 2 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 doz. eggs
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage. Butter the 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread hash browns and onion in pan.

2Put sausage on top of hash browns. Put mushrooms on the sausage. Beat the eggs and pour on top of the hash browns, sausage, etc.

3Spread cheese on top of the eggs.

4Let set overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
