  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 onion, sauteed
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 bag Cheddar cheese (large)
  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 doz. eggs

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage. Butter the 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread hash browns and onion in pan.

    Put sausage on top of hash browns. Put mushrooms on the sausage. Beat the eggs and pour on top of the hash browns, sausage, etc.

    Spread cheese on top of the eggs.

    Let set overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
