  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. coconut

Directions

    Melt butter and add all other ingredients. Pour into an unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie shell and bake until firm at 350° for about 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm.
