  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix (2 layer size)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil

    Mix jello

    hot water and stir well.

    Add cake mix and stir well. Add eggs and oil; beat on low speed until well blended.

    Then beat for 5 minutes at high speed.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Serve plain or with powdered sugar glaze.
