Ingredients

  • 2 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • 1 tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Onion (Chopped fine)
  • 2 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Jar 12 oz. grape jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Bottle 14 oz. Hot or Regular Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Jar 12 oz. apple jelly

    1. In bowl combine the first twelve ingredients.

    Mix well. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rack in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. 4. Remove meatballs and drain rack. 5. Combine ketchup and cornstarch in roasting pan. 6. Stir in jellies and add meatballs and bake for 30-35 miutes at 300°.
