- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 3 Tbsp. minced onions
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. whole kernel corn with pepper, drained
Directions

1Mix first 5 dry ingredients.

2Cut in margarine and oil until crumbly.

3Stir in onion, milk and corn to form dough.

4Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.

5Bake in preheated 425° oven for about 12 minutes or until slightly browned.

6Serves 16.

7Can be frozen and reheated in microwave for about 38 seconds.
