- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped mild onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 8 slices diced, cooked bacon
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Shred lettuce; cover bottom of glass dish.

2Add other 5 ingredients, layer at a time.

3Spread on mayonnaise as frosting, then sprinkle with cheese.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
