- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
- chopped lettuce
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Layer lettuce 1/2 inch deep in pan.

2Sprinkle with onion over top of lettuce, in layers, add celery and peas.

3Cover with mayonnaise so no air can get to lettuce.

4Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon (can use bacon bits).

5Top with additional cheese.

6Let set, well covered, in fridge 12 to 24 hours before serving.

7Will keep for one week if kept covered and refrigerated.
