- 400 grams Pasta
- 2 cup Leek, chopped
- 3 cup Pomodori pelati (whole tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Directions

1Boil the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions

2in a pan, add olive oil, leek and saute for 2 minutes.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes

5Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
