  • 400 grams Pasta
  • 2 cup Leek, chopped
  • 3 cup Pomodori pelati (whole tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Directions

    Boil the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions

    in a pan, add olive oil, leek and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes

    Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
