- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda (for buttermilk)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 to 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Flour
Directions

1Mix together first 7 ingredients, then add flour until you have a stiff dough.

2Using a corrugated rolling pin, roll out dough into 8-inch circles that are 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.

3Place circles, 1 at a time, in lefse pan or heavy frying pan.

4Cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
