- 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 envelope (eight 1/2 c. servings) or 2 envelopes (four 1/2 c. servings each) low calorie lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese

2Spray 9-inch pie plate; set aside. Combine crumbs and oleo, mixing; press crumb mix over back and sides of plate.
