  • 4 chicken breast halves, bone-in skin-on (using skin-on really adds a crunch)
  • 3 lemons
  • 14 cup black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

    Preheat the oven to 400.

    Cover a glass baking dish with aluminum foil and place the chicken breasts on top.

    Zest all 3 of the lemons into a small bowl, and then add the juice of 2 of the lemons.

    add the pepper and all the other ingredients into the bowl.

    Mix the combine and pour over all the chicken breasts.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    Remove from the oven and drizzle with the lemon juice of the last lemon, and a few more grinds from pepper mill.
