Lemon pepper fish fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of fish fillets
  • 1 lemon pepper
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 meat tenderizer
  • 1 half cup of lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a baking pan coat the bottom of pan with all ingredients except lemon juice.

    Add fillets to pan once your done coating repeat steps above.

    Add lemon juice put foil over pan to cover.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

    Turn oven off let it chill serve and enjoy.

    I had baked beans and and steamed veggies as my sides.
