- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large bowl, cream butter, Crisco, eggs and sugar together.

3Add flour, milk and flavorings.

4Mix on high for 2 minutes.

5Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

6Bake for 1 hour, until top is golden brown.

7Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
