  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 medium jalapeno chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion (or shallot)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin
