Ingredients

  • 1 pound liver, sliced thin
  • 2 c. brown gravy
  • Sprinkle of parsley
  • Salt & pepper to suit taste
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
  • 8 pcs bacon, fried crisp
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

    Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry onion.

    Dredge slices of liver in flour and brown both sides.
  3. 3
    Pour gravy on liver and season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

    Simmer for 2 min and arrange on a serving platter.

    Place bacon on top of liver.

    Serves 4.
