  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Bacon Drippings
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 3 pounds Beef (london Broil - Top Round, Cap Off)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, For Greasing Grill

    Dice the garlic, and whisk together with the Worcestershire, bacon fat, and canola oil.

    Lay the meat in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.

    Give it a couple of turns so that it gets coated on all sides.

    Cover with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for a good 3 to 4 hours at least.

    Turn the meat every so often to re-coat (every hour or so).

    When youre ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a grill with butter and heat over medium-high.

    When the grill is hot, put the meat on and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until you have nice grill marks.

    Remove the meat from the grill and put in a baking or roasting pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees F. Turn on the broiler and broil each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
