- 1 (15 oz.) low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. finely chopped lean cooked ham
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 3 pkg. ready-to-bake refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In bowl combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.

3Roll each biscuit between 2 sheets of wax paper, forming 6-inch circles.

4Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon cheese mixture onto center of each.

5Moisten edges of dough slightly, then fold each circle over (turnover style).

6Use tines of fork to press edges to seal.

7Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place turnovers on sheet.

8Bake until golden brown 12 to 18 minutes.

9Serve as soon as possible.
