  • 2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
  • 2 to 6 large cloves garlic, depending on taste
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
