- 12 large thin slices black forest ham
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 ounces Velveeta, cut in cubes
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 cheese straws, crushed
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375F.

2Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

3Line each cup with the ham slices, pressing into the bottom and up the sides, overlapping each slice as needed.

4Cook the macaroni according to the package's directions and drain.

5Meanwhile, heat the milk in a saucepan until bubbles form around the edges.

6Add the Velveeta and stir until smooth, then add the cheddar and stir until smooth.

7Remove from the heat and fold in the pasta and peas.

8Divide among the muffin cups and sprinkle the cheese straws on top.
