- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup brown sugar packed
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 each eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips or white solid chocolatechopped
- 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
Directions

1Cream butter and sugars.

2Add egg and beat in.

3Add vanilla and raspberry jam.

4Mix well.

5Mix together flour and baking soda.

6Gradually add flour mixture to batter.

7Stir in nuts and chips.

8Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.

9Bake at 350F (180C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
