  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello

Directions

    Cool rhubarb and 1/2 cup water as for sauce.

    Add sugar; stir until dissolved.

    Remove from heat.

    Add jello.

    Stir until jello is dissolved.

    Pour into hot sterilized glasses.

    Add paraffin. Seal.
