- 3 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello
Directions

1Cool rhubarb and 1/2 cup water as for sauce.

2Add sugar; stir until dissolved.

3Remove from heat.

4Add jello.

5Stir until jello is dissolved.

6Pour into hot sterilized glasses.

7Add paraffin. Seal.
