  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 32 reduced-fat vanilla wafers
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

    Stir coffee granules into boiling water until dissolved.

    Cover bottom of 8-inch square dish with 16 wafers.

    Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.

    of the remaining coffee gradually to reduced-fat cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended.
