- 1 wild duck per person, skinned (not plucked)
- 1 pkg. Adolph's meat marinade
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large oven bag
Directions

1Marinate duck 2 hours in mixture of Adolph's meat marinade and white wine.

2Shake flour in oven bag.

3Place duck in oven bag and cut bag 1/2-inch in 6 places.

4Bake duck approximately 30 minutes at 325°.

5Serve with sauce made of 1/2 cup currant jelly and 1/2 cup wine.

6Heat on stove until almost boiling.
