  • 1 box lite yellow cake mix
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip Lite

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.

    Bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix pineapple and pudding mix.

    Fold into Cool Whip.

    Spread on top of cooled cake.
