- 3 whole Mangoes, Peeled And Sliced
- 5 whole Fresh Peppermint Leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Lite Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
Directions

1In a large food processor, combine mango slices and peppermint leaves.

2Process until a smooth puree is formed.

3Transfer to a large bowl and add water, coconut milk, lime juice and sugar.

4Transfer mixture into a 9x13 glass or metal baking dish.

5Place in the freezer for 3 hours.

6Each hour, whisk the mixture, making sure to incorporate the frozen edges.

7Prior to serving, mash with a fork and stir evenly.
