- 3 cups mangoes, ripe and pureed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)
- 1 tablespoon gelatin (unflavored)
- 14 cup water
Directions

1Mix gelatin, according to type.

2Add sugar and lemon juice to pureed mango and stir to mix.

3Add dissolved gelatin and mix well.

4Pour into ice cream container and churn as for ice cream.

5Pack until ready to serve.

6Will keep in freezer 2-4 months.
