- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
