- 2 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, minced
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix the oil with the vinegar, water, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings.

2In a large salad bowl with a tight-fitting lid, toss the mixture with the broccoli.

3Let marinate all day or overnight, tossing the mixture several times before eating.
