- 5 c. cooked carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Pour hot marinade over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight or 12 hours.
