  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Bring tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, oil and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.

    Pour boiled mixture over carrots, onion and green pepper.
